Yolande brings over a decade of experience across investment banking and strategy consulting. She previously served as an M&A Investment Banker at Evercore, where she advised corporate clients and financial sponsors on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions, executing over $90 billion in aggregate transaction value across sell-side and buy-side mandates.
Before Evercore, Yolande worked at PwC Strategy&, advising Fortune 100 companies and private equity clients on growth strategy, commercial due diligence, and organizational transformation initiatives across global and emerging markets.
